I live in Michigan near the Michigan/Ohio border near lake Erie.

I currently hold a private pilot license but have not flown in many years. (renting airplanes became cost prohibitive) I am relatively new to the drone hobby, but the flight training has given me a strong understanding of flight, and flight characteristics.

I also love photography and have operated camera for my church's television program, under the tutelage of a professional director. Photography is one of the reasons I got the phantom. Sometimes in my posts, I go on and on about proper video and photo framing, which is a result of the training I received while camera operator. You'll have to forgive me for that if I get on your nerves about it.
