I was ready to send my iPad mini 4 back to Apple as part of an exchange for mini 6. It was in the return box and everything. Now I keep it for the P4 and last I checked the mini 6 is still not working with P4.
I’m using DJI Go 4 on each device. I deleted the app and re-installed on each device with iPad 6 mini still not connected while the iPhone 11 does connect. Any ideas? Anybody else have or had this issue? Thanks!
Thanks BigAl07. I’m using UAV Forcast now and I’m out of an airport zone and across the street from US National Park which shows as a light green color.
Does anybody know if that means....”Fly With Caution” or “No Fly”? Thanks!
Yep, USA and hobby. I looked at the DJI flight map and it shows me bordering on green which shows as a warning and not restricted.
Is calling the ATC as simple as looking up the number for Richmond ATC and letting them know where and when?
Ok... I think I got it. Been going on for a couple of months. Don’t try to send pics often but was aggravating to spend time and not finding it easy to send to iPad photos and then to peeps to text pics to.
Anyway a quick “delete app” and re-load seems to have done the trick.
Taking pics on my P4 but it seems to be hit or miss when I try to “Save To Device”. When I’m done flying I make sure everything is disconnected and then go into P4 Editor >Photos > Select...highlight the ones I want to save to photos on iPad Mini..hit the download icon which brings up the “Save...
I've always done both down and in center. And by center I mean both towards each other. If that makes sense. Same yesterday but did not shut off motors as expected.
Flew yesterday and all was well until I tried to shut the P4 off. Put both sticks down and towards center as usual but did not shut off as it has always done. Took it up again then landed and same thing didn't want to shut off.
Anybody have this problem before, and is there a test with a fix?
Understood and thanks. So no real changes like turning off visual or anything with the contour changes.
So it knows when the ground drops out from under it.
I'll go slow and figure it out but need any advice
Yeah was wondering if the visual positioning should be on. If you're going to fly at eye level and want to keep it there and there is a cliff...... visual positioning will be fine. Is that correct?
