That's normally a sign that you just powered down the Phantom without stopping the video by the app first. If you put the card back in and power up, and the power down it should repair. GM

Pretty much the same here. My long distance flights start from the garden which is over 400ft up, and I could fly at a height of 10 feet for 3 miles without hitting anything as most of the land falls away. I think the answer is to be confident in ATTI mode. GM
