Hi everybody, can someone tell me which are the best frequencies to make a FPV even if you are not in line of sight? with the 5.8 transmitter/receiver even a tree between you and the phantom can make the video signal disappear. how can i solve this? thanks!

i am currently on 3.0 now, but i started with the 1.08 and the 3d gimbal. If i remember correctly with the 1.08 i wasn't able to adjust the gimbal gain, and i saw that in the 3.0 they add an automatic compensation for the gimbal when you twist you phantom (in order to not see the phantom's leg)...

Hi, i have the same problem in expanding the tx range, i have a 400mw tx, you said that with a planar antenna you doubled your range, i have a blackpearl monitor receiver, can you tell me which kind of planar antenna you use so i can try to use it on my monitor? thank you

i tested it on the seashore, where i got 500/600 mt and in a park with some trees where i get 200/250 meters.... so it could be the limit of the pinwheels? what are helical antennas and what do you mean with "static free flight"? thanks for the suggestion :D

not yet, as you have the same result probably is that the transmitter is not strong enough.... maybe we could try changing the antennas..... or another solution could be use the immersion tx 600mw

Hi i have the Flysight TX 5804 400mw on my P2, with the flysight circular polarized antenna pinwheel. with this setup i can only get 500 in line of sight. i want to extend the range changing the antenna. What are the best antennas for this tx? thanks

i bought one of the first h3-3d with the new phantom 2... now i am waiting for the anti-interference board, they already shipped it to me....than i'll test it

i just bought the tx5804 400mw, and the blackpearl monitor as receiver (and two pinwheel antennas). with this setup i can't reach more than 400 meters..... anyone has the same problem?

just upgraded to 3.0 from 1.08.... just to have full h3-3d control. No problem at all in the first two flights

Hi, i just finished to setup my fpv system, but i am upset with it.... i've go a blackpearl 32ch monitor, a Flysight tx5804 400mw transmitter and two pinwheel 5.8ghz circular polarized antenna.... but in the clear sky i can only reach 500/600 meters before loose the signal, and if there are some...

i resolved getting ac from the battery connector directly.... now the rx works again :)
