I use i-movie to edit my flight recordings. Cut out the boring stuff, and then add background music (or seagull noise, or wave crashes) My PV2+ does not have a mic, so watching silent movies was bland. There are some good instructional videos on this topic.

I have heard...that the gimbal can come loose and tear a flat cable. To prevent, there are clamps/guards that make it less likely to have separation. There is a careful dance to apply loctite to the gimbal bearing to restore horizon. I listened to several youtube videos on this, and have...
