I lost my Phantom due to this lock. I locked it down without realizing it and had lost FPV and was searching the sky trying to locate it. At the moment I visually found it, it was swallowed by the lake I was flying over.
A word of caution. The new controller left stick will stay in the decent mode if pulled all the way down. I was out 6,000 feet and lost FPV connection. I was bringing it home and accidentally hit the decent stick and it stayed in the decent position. Without knowing it was stuck down and...
I want to create time lapse pictures of a lake as it freezes over. I need to be in the same exact location for each photo. Can the waypoint latitude and longitude be entered manually?
Has anyone experienced sporadic loss of distance and altitude data since the updates? Mine is cutting in and out. No loss of control signal or FPV issues. Everything else working fine. Thanks
Re: I can't get my gimbal wheel on my new controller to work
Mine was doing the same thing. I followed Mopar bobs directions exactly and it fixed it. If you tried it already I'm guessing you missed a step.
I installed the FPVLR stage 2. I have not pushed the limits yet due to the weather. I did do a short flight and 2.4 and 5.8 seemed fine but I kept losing telemetry (distance and altitude readings). I have updated all firmware on both controller and Phantom. Everything else works fine. Any ideas?

The gimbal holds position and she'll reurns to center
Both of your gimbals are holding position wherever you leave them? Or are they returning to center when you release scroll wheel?
