Just an update.
I purchased a new upgrade board and problem fixed! Seems the original board was a faulty one which possessed a broken link from the GPS plug.
Now to try and get a refund for the first board.
Thanks to those who tried to assist.
Cheers.
I have installed the upgraded main board which includes the GMU. I can't get into GPS mode so am unable to calibrate the compass as flicking the S2 switch on the controller only signals ATTI - ATTI no GPS means I can't transfer between the two in order to enter calibration mode.
I have no error...
Thanks netphreak but I do have it plugged in to the upgrade board as per the instructions. The wires on the board plug into the Naza EXP position and the GPS plugs into a dedicated socket on the board itself. For some reason the Naza is not reading the GPS signal. .?????
I have exactly the same problem after upgrading the main board and installing H3-2D. Gimbal is working but I cannot get GPS mode. All other systems are fine but I will not fly without the GPS up and running as failsafe modes will not work. Help please.
Hey Jeroam,
Did you find an answer to your GPS problem?
I have just upgraded the Circuit Board to install my H3-2D and everything is fine except my Phantom will not recognise the GPS and just boots into ATTI mode, exactly the same problem as you described.
I would really appreciate any...
