Haven't flown for awhile (a few weeks)- went to check things as I've got a flight tomorrow and suddenly the one-light flashing problem. Screen says to charge the battery, but charging does nothing. Just continuous flashing of the leftmost light. :(
Unfortunate losing the mSD slot on the controller. I use that slot as a holder for a back up card. If I need another card immediately (generally have extras with me), I can just pop the spare from the controller in there.
In the YT comments, it was outed as fake (supposed admitted on FB). Someone also said it was backed by Call of Duty. I'm not an FPS gamer, so couldn't tell you if that's true or not (or if it's in the game).
Thank you for this.
I recently had a situation where absolutely nothing was written to the SD card (not even files), but the data was written to the P4A's controller. I used the information from this thread to get the data off and was successful, but now I can't view the video files. Thumbnails...
I was getting this warning constantly yesterday and I was on top of a rock away from any towers or electrical items (unless trees cause radio interference :P ). It's hard to take DJI's warnings seriously when they don't make any sense.
Can't speak for anyone else, but I don't recall needing to log in after swapping out batteries. I certainly don't remember that being part of the instructions. In other words, smarmy answer not appreciated. RTFM doesn't always cover everything.
Etr even mentioned having updated the firmware...
I had this happen with my Mavic recently. Was shooting timelapses and came in for a 3rd battery and heading back out to the same spot as the other 2 shoots, I got a 50m limit and couldn't figure out for the life of me what had happened. Glad to see the answer here. Will keep that in mind...
For anyone wondering, there are a couple different ways of doing it (search YouTube). The one I found easiest was adjusting the rotation (2 or -2 is a good place to start until you get an idea of what's best for your machine) and then using the Scale setting (~102-103 or so) to eliminate any...
I'm from N. of Spokane. Lived and worked there for a few years before moving around a bit (and ultimately landing in Japan). Would love to go flying back home next time I visit. Gotta love the PNW!
Checking in again(?). Thought I checked in when I first signed up when using a P3P, but perhaps I didn't. Went to using a Mavic Pro when it came out, so have been over on the Mavic boards for some time. P3A just arrived today, so I'll be back over here.

We've got that coverage through DJI (I'm in Japan). I handle the flying side, not the business side, so I don't know how we got that, but I'm pretty sure it was on DJI's website.
