Ok I'm new at this but I'm having an issue with my charger on P2V. The green light on the charger is ALWAYS on regardless if it's actively charging or not. Also, the battery has been on 2 bars since I took it out of the box. Charging it has no effect. My understanding is the charger brick light...

Hello everyone - totally new to this, but I THINK I've done this right. Battery shows two lit bars, fresh out of box. Plug it into the charger and the indicator light on the charger goes to green immediately. My understanding is it should be red until the battery is fully charged. So, my dilemma...
