I was under the impression the Jello Effect was due the high shutter speeds when shooting in bright sunlight. By adding a ND filter you are able to reduce the shutter speed, and thus the jello effect. (i think)
I'm flying a Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H2-3D gimbal which I have not had any trouble...
