Not a problem. Just look at the list of devices and choose one to be safe. My tablet is not listed (galaxy s2 9.7), but it works.

Did you get the app from DJI, or Google play store? Play store has not been updated. I installed djigo 3.0.0 last night on my Samsung S2 tab 9.7. It has the Mavic right up front. Will test flight on a P3S today.
