I just changed my smart phone to HTC one X9 and it does not work. The dji app on the phone seems not to find any device when I attach my phantom 3 RC. Any suggestions?

Interesting, I also tried to use a Asus Zenpad 8.0 with my Phantom 3, but, the delay is terrible. I used to attach a iPad ir and there is real time display. Do you have any suggestion, how to improve this problem?

If I don't hold the leg, but let's say attach it with a cable to the ceiling, so it hangs in mid-air. Would this be a reliable test?

My post was a reaction of phantomi's saying that: "Even if you catch the bird and try to stop the motors by pulling down the left stick, you have to hold it very steady to stop the motors." So I caught the bird, moved it and still the engine turned off when using the left stick only.

I found one more strange thing. When I look up my adjustments at the dji-go-app it suddenly says, RTH modus: 0m, but it was at 70m. Could this be somehow related?

I would like to do so, but the file is too big (44MB) to be attached to this comment. And the website https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/ is maybe to frequented today, as my upload has no progress, always "please wait" - see attachment

Yes, it definitely was an eye opener and will change my attitude to this potentially very dangerous toy. I tried to upload my file to the mentioned site, but even after 10 minutes, it still says "Please wait" :-(

It felt from 20 to 10, then the blades rotated a little bit again keeping the drone at place, but after a second it felt the remaining 10m and landed very hard on grass. The battery, the memory card and three of the four blades seems to be unharmed, but the drone is done.

I tried to upload the last dat-file from the drone, but it says it is too big to be uploaded here (44MB) :-(

I do not remember to have used the right stick at all, so I do not think I did a CSC in mid-air. Next time I need someone to record my moves as well, so I can be sure:-)
