I literally can't get a good video feed - even within 10 feet of my p3p. I've moved my antennae, changed the position of the bird, but I get nothing but an offer to RTH. Control radio is fine. Anyone got any ideas ? I was told it might have been the last update, but I haven't updated in awhile...

Typhoon H's software enforced 400 foot limit would be a problem for filming here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

iOS 9.1 on an iPad mini 2, GO 2.4, upgraded bird and controller is running ok. Wasn't usable with 9.01 or 9.02. Still think it was better with iOS 8.4 and the earlier firmware - before the last 2 updates.

Please explain this. You are using the HDMI video... What are you looking at the video on if you've shut off your tablet ?

I had some similar problems with a bad battery. You could charge your spare and see if that's it. Hope it's that simple. Sorry. Just saw where both batteries are doing it. Is your bird needing an update ?

After downgrading back to 8.4 on the iPad Mini 2 the video is still glitching but it is flyable. I decided to try my iPhone 6s which has 9.02 on it. It worked flawlessly. I'm going to go ahead and upgrade the iPad again to 9.02, uninstall the app and reinstall to see if things work out.

Unless you choose install now... you should be ok. In the event that you do accidentally install it, the best you can hope for is to roll back to 8.4.1. You might try making a backup of what you have NOW - and make no more backups until you are sure you want to upgrade the device. That way...
