Thanks! The boat was rented by Placid Boat Rentals. Very good reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp. I'd go back and rent from them again! The Boston whaler for 4hrs was great for just the 2 of us!

Great shots! I understand that you're shooting in the early morning. When the air is cooler/denser and winds are calm. However, with that altitude density altitude will definitely affect climb performance. What are your experiences with this and how are the batt drains this high up?

I also hold ATP and was wondering what the consensus is for people like us who make a living flying airplanes. Are they/will they suspend an airmen certificate if they interpret the operation you're conducting is unsafe? Jeez. Your post just sobered me up a bit.
