Its normal. You are letting lots of light come into the sensor for a long period of time.
You need to use an ND filter that blocks a certain amount of light, in this case if you want to do daylight long exposures, you'll need and ND1000 and up.

No! That cable is only for the Osmo Mobile, its not compatible with the Osmo and Osmo+.

Definetly DJI puts their effort on developing better coded apps por Apple products.
It looks like they consider most of their products users will use an iPhone or iPad devices.
Just look also what happens with DJI Osmo Mobile and its features, also very well developed for Apple products, but...
And I would say that the only drone able to deliver near Professional quality is the Phantom 4 Pro (even the Ph3 Pro is not even close to pro quality). All this considering only the Phantom line up.

Other thing is that you should not fly or record if the sun light is passing through the blades. Try to avoid sun being on one side or pointing in front.
Lower quality es noticeable in higher frame rates like 48 or 60 fps in that video.
However those configurations are not available anymore. As talked before in DJI forums, that was some kind of firmware flaw that was later fixed by DJI.
