Well after a 3 month wait and numerous emails to DJI and calls to my Bangkok dealer I have finally got two brand new batteries in my hands today !.... so for all you other people having " Early Autoland " problems don't give up :)

I have to agree about support being better .. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for replacement batteries and sent loads of emails .. I sent another 2days ago and got 3 replies within 3 hours .. Apologising and said I would get them within 2 weeks :)
Good way to get a cheap loan ... 100 + people giving nearly 100$ a piece .. then send out the odd battery .. maybe even a DJI one .. get more orders... keeping the fund going ... .. better than going to the bank . :)
I will say that I did order one too .. but asked for my refund last week...
Just got a email from my dealer in Bangkok to say that DJI are sending him two replacement batteries for me ..
So can't complain with my dealers service ... which for anyone's information is Hobbythai and contact is Kally.
I did too .. so I sent a email yesterday saying that since I did not get the tracking no promised last week I was cancelling my order and would wait for others to test out on the Phantom forum . I asked my Paypal account to be credited . This morning I have received a email saying my account...
Re the NukeRc batteries I also placed a order on the 18th with a promise of tracking no but still not received . As none if us have got one to test yet how come DJI got their hands on one to test ?
