Johnny Bellew is totally right. I fully agree.....and he is also right to say that the hover position is the best option in this particular case. Regards.
Nice results but quite dangerous experience !...what would have happened if you had lost the signal in the trees and therefore triggered a RTH ? Your drone had certainly crashed into the trees !
I have made 2 weeks ago the remote comtrol and airplane update with the last 1.9.6. Everthing OK until 10 minutes fly...and suddenly no more GPS and some of the controls did not work...I managed to return my bird save ( just an upside down and 1 propeller broken). I tried to update both devices...
I have also done more than 4 km with my DBS mode. I should have gone further as the signal was full but i went back as it said that i had just enough battery to come back...but on the way back calculation changed and the bird landed with 30 % battery. I did not undestand why...see picture

I have been obliged to move my car while I was flying my PH3P. I was wondering what would happen if the bird would have lost the control with the receiver. OK it will makes a RTH and will it land at the RTH point ? Or just stay over the RTH point ? Thanks and rgs.

Hello everybody. I noticed that some of my last flights (I have 66 in total) appear in the flight recording list whith the mention" map loading". However the geographical map is visible under the flight line. Any idea why ?

Hello everybody. I am about to install the Itelite long range antena I have just received. I do not understand what is the dual remote function for which it is advisable to keep a reduced portion of the orginal antena.
Could somebody explain what will be the purpose of this reduced antena 5.8...
Really nice shot !....seems to be quite close of the trees ! Thanks all for the info...will try next week-end

I was wondering if on top of a mountain there is any kind of limit to go down-in my case over the city ?
