same problem here. My current firmware is on 01.02.0503 and using DJI GO 4 version, but still seeing the old interface. I have uninstalled and deleted the DJI folder manually. But the problem was exist. How to resolve this problem?

Which FW version are u running on?

Bcoz i dont know what is the current version of firmware i'm running on. It marked 'n/a'. Maybe if I upgrade to 1.7.9, i can see the fw version and rollback the firmware step by step. :)

I did it, even i try to reinstall to different / lower version than 3.0, but still shows n/a. Is it the firmware issue?

My problems has been solved with 'binding' method. Try to install/swap another of p3s gimbal camera onto my bird. And do an update via dji go app. And it worked. :)
