In the assistant software there will be a box to check, actually there is a mode 1 box and a mode 2 box. You want mode 2. If you're in mode 1, The right stick will have the functions that your left stick should have. Try to lift off by pushing your right stick up, if it does, you're in mode 1.

I did use an iphone 3GS for a while, and the lag time is really bad. You turn the drone, and sometime quite a bit later the image on the iphone shows the new area that you've turned towards. Not good.

P.S. Loving the NAZA mode, been out trying things out.

Just now turned everyting on to give it another shot, and found that the slider things on the screen now tilt the camera up and down perfectly. The roller, or dial, on the Tx will tilt the camera down, but struggles and fails to bring it back up. I think the problem is that my gain setting...

Nope, wish that had been it. Won't be able to work with it today, well, maybe late today. Pretty sure it'll wind up being some mistake I'm making in using the assistant stuff.
