I didnt have time to read this entire thread, but..... Why would anyone buy a Pro vs Advanced? 2.7k vs 4k isnt worth $259 to most people that i know. That is largely the only difference right? What would be the other differentiators?

I will say that I didnt know what to think when i got my antenna, although I trusted rmmccabe so I ordered one. A few distance runs later. single battery (no mod) stock bird, DBS antenna, 20,000 ft. Im too scared to push it more, for fear i wont make it home. ill try further tho :) thanks chuck

I definately think with a battery mod this is possible... Not saying this is 100% legit, but its possible. I recently went 20,000 feet with stock battery w/ DBS antenna and had enough juice for the return flight.

i record every flight, without question. you absolutely never know when something worthwhile will happen. If there is nothing there at the end, ill just delete em :)

I dont think he realizes that the Flight path overlay is not the actual distance traveled on the background. So the path looks like it would be 900 feet if it was the path on the background :)
