I have an extra P2 Radio and receiver. Will this work in the latest P1. Looks like the P2 receiver is a better unit. It is the P2 with the 2.4 Radio

I have an extra Phantom 2 2.4 Radio and receiver. Will it work in the Phantom 1.1.1 I believe the receiver is a little better.

Can you swap out a phantom 1 radio with a phantom 2 radio and receiver. I installed a Futaba in the 2 and I have this extra. Thanks

Re: Setting up the Futaba T8FGS with the P2 Simular to the 8J however sliding out the entire gimbal was a pain. I agree slide it under instead of removing the entire gimbal. There is a circuit board on the outside of the gimbal that I found was a pain to get out and back in.

I tried carbon even the T-Motor 80.00 props on both the P1 and P2 back to the P2 Stock Props on both. They just fly better with the P2 props in my opnion. I also went back to stock motors after trying the T-Motors (189.00) was not impressed with them either. Seems like DJI did their homework. I...

May want to check on transmit power. I looked prior to buying mine and don't exactly remember numbers but felt I was far below the output numbers. May be wrong but couldn't find a lot of black and white rules. Seemed the more I read the more confusing it was.

Re: Setting up the Futaba T8FGS with the P2 Put the centering spring in yesterday. Felt like I was doing Neurosurgery. Sweating by the end of the operation but the radio pulled through just a little slow to respond afterwards but doing fine now lol. Wonder if there is way to smooth the slide...
