Finally I managed to make it work thanks to your help. I think that the trick was the fixed power. I am not sure but it works with these settings. First I made a factory reset then I reboot the AC and RC and after that I enabled telnet and I choose fixed power not limit. All now is OK. Icarus...
I read that it works with new firmware 1.9.2.0. Is it confirmed that works?
If yes, I have to revert back to default settings in Icarus app before the upgrade or it is not necessary?
Thanks.
You have to do a rollback at previews DJI versions that worked with Google maps.
Unfortunately their latest version 3.1 doesn't support Google maps and uses here maps.
Here you will find all previews version of DJI Go app for Android phones and tablets.

I asked the creator of Icarus about the Tx power settings and below I quote their reply :
Dear Mr. xxxx,
thank you very much for your kind remarks.
Concerning the power setting, we do consider 27 dBm a rather safe setting. This appears to be the DJI value used for FCC region so it should be...
@wmcvey I am also confused about the tx power settings.
I am on CE mode and I use 20dbm on both RC/AC because I am afraid to go in higher values.
You mean 27dbm for both RC/AC or something else?
Thank you.
Edit : Sorry Now I see 7 post above you mentioned that 27dbm mode is both for RC/AC
I am a little bit confused about the transmission power I have to use.
You Guys what setting on transmission power in icarus app use?
I have set both RC/AC at 20dbm because I am afraid to go straight to 27dbm.
The Strong interference warning messages appears also to me but I have only test the bird inside my house at this moment and not outside. I think it is normal inside the house because there are a lot of wifi signals around my area but I cannot remember before the last update such behaviour...
Nice solentlife.
My only concern now is if the 27dbm settings on both RC/AC is safe for the equipment or maybe stay at lower transmission power for example 20dbm on both RC/AC for safety reasons..
I have a handmade windsurfer antenna and nothing else and easily go 600-700 meters before the mod.
