Would like an answer too.
I'm getting a CMOS error, probably because I was fondling around with the flex cable too much.
I've found several sources that sell the flex cable though.. Haven''t ordered yet.

Implying I said such a thing? Call me when the US cover 95% of the world.
Are you going to cry when you visit a country that doesn't use the Imperial system but the metric system. Mind = blown how most American refuse to teach themselves simple stuff like this.
AFAIK, there is no option. But like the other poster said, it's a huge plus to know the metric system. It's used in 95% of the world and is way more logical in every aspect.
It works. You need this part though: http://www.uavdirect.com/Phantom-2-CAN- ... canmod.htm.
The vision doesn't have that can module on the leg. If you get this part and attach it to the canbus port on the mainboard, the iosd mini will work.
I added FPV to my vision and now in the process of...
It can be done.
Just plug the Gimbal into the Zenmuse port on the Vision's mainboard. The vision doesn't come with the cable though, so you need to find a replacement part for the 8 pin cable. Spare part nr. 3 (http://www.floridauav.com/dji-phantom-2 ... part-no-3/)
Gimbal tilt also works like...
Thank you!
The 2.4ghz Lawmate looks like a sweet deal. Do you have any idea how I should set up the vtx? Where do the cables that come out of it go onto the Phantom? My knowledge of electronics is very limited.
I guess a 5.8 ghz FPV system would interfere with the R/C, right?
What frequency would be suitable for FPV with the P2V?
I already removed the camera, and put in a GoPro Hero 3+ Black with the H3-2D Zenmuse gimbal.
That seems logical. And yes, I am planning to buy it standalone. Yea, it's a pretty straightforward process. Do you know what the other cable serves for, the one with DJI printed onto it?
Someone else said that too in another thread, but the manual on DJI's website shows that this all is included:
Are DJI outright lying??
Thanks for your reply btw.
Can someone tell me whether it's just a case of connecting the 8pin cable to the Zenmuse input on the mainboard of the vision, or is there more to it? (gcu etc). Also, is the 8pin cable delivered together with the Zenmuse or do I have to purchase it seperately.
Atm I don't care about the tilt...
Jonas, you pm'ed me, but the forum restricts me from answering your PM, so I'd like to ask you whether your footage is stable? Are you experiencing jello on your GoPro footage?
Thanks a lot ! :)
