Did you fix it yet? I went to Drones Made Easy that'sa store here in san diego and they told me that they can't fix it i have to send it to DJI but i dont have the receipt :(
Everything i bought a tablet Samsung, because dji told me that my phone wasn't compatible. But is strange because i can see the camera and and everything but just for 5 seconds then it ask me to register to get 1 year warranty and it fail.

Activation failed (serverbackfail) contact DJI support if problem persist after restart.
I called them on Friday and they said that i was my phone. So i just bought a tablet but nothing.. if someone have o had the same problem before, please help me thank you guys
