As of right now that trial run was absolute max with out upgrading the p3s's onboard antennas. I notice when panning around certain directions it's signal drops right off but spin it a few inches back it goes back to full. I think it's those mini panel antennas they seem very directional...

I've logged 6hrs 13min with 72 flights and this includes 2 tip overs and one crash. A bit of scuffs in the plastic from the crash. Broke 2 props but after full disassembly "to clean out all the dirt and rocks and bits of pine tree" no cracks

I just got a standard about a month ago. I was a bit mad about this until I got this . Shipping to Canada and the exchange rate puts it at just over 200$ for a battery. No tricks and free shipping. It's already shipped and I paid nothing. So I'm 100$ ahead even with this new price reduction.

I need one for my p3s I always have a heart attack when doing a quick decent and accidentally push too far and click into csc. Thankfully I flick it up fast enough to not have a stall. Still scary as hell though. My heart skips a beat just thinking about it ughhhh

The manual doesn't really touch on the new flight modes. I figured out how to get to f mode. Then after 10 min of fiddling with the app I learned of you tap the mode square at the top left you get the new intelligent flight modes. But no real info on how to utilize them lol.

It's been allot of fun. The RC Is still very compact with the itelite antenna attached everything still fits great in my backpack. "After a tiny adjustment". It seems very sturdy and will hold up to my abuse. I just filmed about an hour of footage around one of our local lakes from distances...

From what I've learned there's quite a few guys out there with products too up your distance. I'm a bit more tech savvy than the average joe so I slapped the DBS kit on my RC in about 30min. But most offer installation services if your worried about cracking it open and ripping out wires. The...

Took the P3S back out today as winds were around 3-5kmph. So here it is the max in wide open outdoors for me was 3959m distance. Max Alt was maxed out at the limited 500m. I'm very impressed and have accomplished what I set out to do. I get almost 4 km and that's all I will ever need...

So took it too the hills but the west coast is under quite the storm system. I tried to put it up but wind gusts were reaching 20kmph. I'll try again tomorrow

It's starting to clear up. Just going to finish up another project and I'll take off to the hills for a flight.
