Hi Sprague, If you don't have iTunes installed, you may use iBrowse to transfer the files locally. I was forced to use iBrowse because Windows 10 drag/drop doesn't work with iTunes. iBrowse installs on Windows PC.

Installed new IOS app, and updated FW on the bird, the RC and all batteries. Calibrated IMU and RC sticks as well as compass. Did 2 runs (2 batteries) a few minutes ago. Everything looks perfect. Rock solid ! Well done DJI !

Are you telling us that you were filming through that clear sticker ??? The objective of the cam is protected by a UV filter so you won't scratch it.
