It actually got a 30 second spot on the local Denver TV news... However I did not think it was a DJI since it was replaced and that is good customer service.

I checked the box before posting... no other plastic things. So I assume some parts depot or Ebay must sell them... will use the cable tie until then. Duct tape is so hard to fit in there. thanks

I have a P2v+ with the stock a gimbal and camera. I notice that there are four dampers in place between the body of P2v+ and the gimbal/camera. Only two of these dampers have a plastic device down thru it, thus holding the gimbal and camera to the P2v+. Everytime I fly it I just think...

it is not you... it is the hardware or tablets. I have a Samsung, Asus, Proscan, Apple and Acer . They all suck in the outside sunlight. It seems the smaller 5" smartphones work better outdoors.

Spen 100 is correct... I do not know how or why... but if you go into the Assistant Software v. 3.6 Basic/ RC and change to the basic transmitter [even though it is not one you have] the camera tilt works properly with the updated app. I wish you got as good assistance from DJI Tech...

I am having a similar problem... installed the new DJI Vision app software... now once I touch the up or down arrows to adjust the camera tilt. The camera will go full up or full down and lock there [red light on the arrow scale] it will not move again until I power cycle the Phantom 2 v...
