Hey, wondering if you can fix my gimbal on my p3s. Had a little crash, cracked the gimbal mounting plate. I replaced that and when I power it up it danced around.the horizon shaft is level, everything appears fine,,, now the gimbal still had green light on but is limp and non responsive... ...

Yes it all seems to be fine. Now the camera doesn't shake, it is unresponsive and limp,, and now it says gimbal gyroscope error, when hooked to dji app

It doesn't look like it but there was a very small amount of sand stuck to the sticky part of ribbon by the shaft at base.

I had a very mild crash, drone fell from about 10 feet and cracked gimbal mounting plate. I installed new one and when I power up the gimbal goes crazy and gimbal motor overload message appears. I've checked everything I am capable of... I have include a few images if it's helpful, but I am to...

Are you referring to the little allen head screw that tightens to the shaft at base of yaw arm? If so I took that out, turned on system the gimbal went crazy and never stopped at a resting point.

Is it the screw that is hidden behind the plastic piece with 2 screws in it?

@ any luck on what's causing the overload message? I have taken this thing apart about 20 times a day and can not see no damage.. I am in ocala. I tried a shop in Tampa but they never got back to me.

I haven't been able to get it fixed, I'm at a stand still,, I am almost to the point of sending it to dji. Unless I can find a shop around central florida that fixes them.

Is there anyone in central florida that repairs gimbals or know of a shop that does?

So I looked at that shaft, but how to I know if it's misaligned, it moves when the camera moves

I looked in that and lifted that board out . I did see the shaft, but really don't know what I'm looking for, nothing looks damaged

I've looked at about every video about gimbal. I haven't found one explaining how to fix the half moon shaft or even how to get to it.. i have camera removed frof phantom now i am lost again.
