I've been told elsewhere that I was blocking the GPS signal by sticking the gopro on top of the phantom which makes sense. It didn't have any effect when I placed the gopro anywhere else round the phantom. I guess that's a good thing!

Its absolutely true! Im really surprised. Below is the test just now. No the gopro doesnt sit on top of the phantom! My goal here was to see f I could get the gopro 3 (wifi turned off) to mess with the naza gps. I''d suggest we all do some insulating! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ButRYIG0oK4

Thats really interesting (gopro interfering with gps even with wifi off). Im going to see if it interferes with my phantom and insulate the gopro case. Aluminium tape could be ideal

Sounds good but going off Black Magics form with the build up to their s35 camera and the wait til there was actually any available, I'd be hanging on to my money til they are pit as well as some reviews suggesting they are worth the bucks. I'm keen to hear more about them though! Cheers

You dont need any stabilisation plugins. You use motion tracking which is a standard after effects tool.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Dont forget pwright that I also stabilised that footage in post to get it really smooth. If only it looked like that straight out of the camera!
