An interesting question. I do not have a P3 yet as I am waiting for everyone else to iron out the bugs first. You know how DJI likes to use their consumers as unpaid testers. I'm assuming that you are talking about flying without GPS using the Vision Positioning Sensors in P-OPTI mode. The guy...
I cannot say that I've seen a P3 do this but I have seen a P2 do it... mine. That was around this time last year and I'm sure that they have probably fixed that problem (RTH activated even though the motors have not been started yet by pilot) and implemented that technology into the P3 but it's...
He broke just about every "Do not do this" rule out there. Starting it up without the controller on and WITH the propellers on inside his living room? WOW!!! The only thing I could imagine making this vid any dumber would be if it was filmed in a packed children's nursery.
Why would anyone make a "How to video" without having a clue as to what they are talking about, let alone before even reading the manual?! Hence the argument that any idiot can go out and buy a "drone". This guy reminds me of Olivia Newton John in her "Let's get physical" video with that silly...
Typical Boulder mentality. Scary to think that the person that came up with this sign is in some sort of position to be passing laws, rules, and regulations. Clearly and agenda driven message. Hence the Predator drone. It would be interesting to know their reasoning behind this. Clearly the...
So funny! I noticed that after I posted that pic and was like, "WTF is that?!!!". Then I forgot about it and your comment got me looking at it again and made me laugh. It's my son's Hair blowing into the pic mixed in with the storm clouds. Hilarious!
The GPS antenna patch interference issue is obviously not exclusive to the Vision series. Call it anecdotal or what you want, the proof is in the pudding for me. I never have high satellite lock issues and lock in sats (7 or more) at about 30 secs unless performing to what Ianwood is referring...
I put the foil in about a year ago in my P2 and it made a HUGE difference for me. I HAVE NOT swapped out the GPS antenna patch yet (curious to as if it would make any difference for me) but I get Nose Lock at 30 secs (religiously) and Home about 35 - 40 at the latest. I was having a problem with...
And I have with the 5400s. I wish I had a brand new 5400 competitor to test along side with it. I posted before on here that my Nukes have around 80 something charges on them. I'd say they're still within a minute or two of their original flight time. Obviously the Am 5400 is brand new and out...
LOL, No I am Not affiliated with Am Battery in ANY way other than the fact that they had sent me a battery to test. I fly multiple times a day and just about EVERY day. I've had this battery for over 3 weeks so that might give you an idea of how many flights I've had on this battery. My post is...
Kiwi, the battery performs great! Loving the extra flight time and reliability! Here is a pic of us out testing the battery last week. The best part is that I have no worries about the Dji Assistant software disabling the battery like we had with our Limefuel batteries. Can't wait for the 6200!
I have a couple Nuke R.C. s , a couple Limefuel (6000) , and I just got one of the new AM 5400 batteries that I've flown a couple flights. I have toal confidence in all of my batteries. I have not connected to the Assistant with any of these batteries so I can only give a rough estimate on how...
