    Yup 16mm gives much more flexibility. The app is quite self-explanatory once you download it. Use manual exposure for better results. My mount is a simple one, I just used a bunch of cable ties. Tilt to taste.

    Yup agreed. Unless the aim is to shoot under very good (maybe harsh) daylight (which still requires, if shooting at f8 and smaller, 1/1000 and maybe 640 iso). I find I get the most acceptable sharpness at 1/1000 or faster.

    Still thinking of the best way to mount an A5000 with 20mm combo -- all-in weigh of 340g -- especially since the A5000 has an internal intervalometer via the downloadable app.

    For best IQ, timelapse mode for sure. Especially if you're planning to stitch panos.
