After reading the posts concerning so many issues with Phantom 3, I think I'll purchase a less expensive drone. Might not have as many features, but if it falls out of the sky, I won't feel quite as badly.

I would not have handled the situation with the same aplomb as you. I would still be weeping and stamping my feet. Hope you can work something out with DJI, and please keep us updated. Hope you're up, up, and away again soon.
