I have my Hakko set at 450 degrees Celsius. I have been taught to set the soldering iron to the hottest temp that way you don't have to leave the hot to on the circuit board for as long.

The high mod can be corrected by degaussing with a magnet. Just run the magnet around the compass on the leg and you will watch your mod go to normal ranges.

The props are on solid and on the right way, I wonder if the heat from soldering damaged one or more esc. The flight characteristics just are not right. Did you adjust any gain settings in naza?
