I think I found the problem. Right axis in basic settings should be Y and not X. Thanks DKDarkness for your help. No thanks to Rotorpixel for first delivering a gimbal with an improper setting and then never responding to any of my requests for help.

Thanks DKDarkness. I am going to try and connect the controller to the basecam GUI software and find out what the settings are. Just found out that the connector on the controller is a mini and not a micro USB. "WTF" Now I have to buy another cable.
