Re: Phantom 2 V+ One Propeller flied off midflight. Hard lan Make sure you check the plug to the ESC on the motor that isn't working I had a very similar situation and when I looked at it it turned out that the plug just wasn't fully engaged in the Esc. I wouldn't be surprised if what happened...

I heard that if you spray paint one of your phantom's arms yellow, it will provide longer flight times. Up to 45 minutes, It has to be a counterclockwise rotating motor arm and you must use kyrlon enamel in the white can with the canary yellow cap. Come on man!

I have had the same problem. Do you have the dynamic home point enabled? Someone told me that may cause that warning. I know Ihave gotten that warning with around 90% power left and the copter being about 10 feet from me. I haven't tried disabling the dynamic home point yet to see if it makes a...

that's pretty interesting because I have dynamic home. Set to I'll try taking it off and seeing if it makes a difference either way I haven't had any issues because I just ignore it because I know the battery is still reading that it has more than enough power.

Interesting that I get this message some time. I have had it come on with about 60% power and had the copter hovering less than 100 feet from where I am standing. I just hit OK and then nothing happens. Not sure what to make of it. Seeing how likely I won't be flying to far out of line of sight...

Exactly, you will find out that a number of new drone operators refuse to read manuals, perform checks and just assume that the quad is 100% reliable.... A lot of the "flywaways" are user error rather than manufacturing defects.... I almost wish they didn't make these things so easy to fly......

my android tablet is not cell phone enabled so I'm pretty sure its not using any cell towers it's simply relying on the GPS chip installed in the tablet
