This is really great. I've shared on Facebook and am posting on my blog. The public needs to understand that drones are both aircraft and somebody's property. This shoot-first nonsense is unreal and should not be tolerated even a little.

64GB over 32GB is not going to have an appreciable impact on rendering time. I edit 4k on my MacBook Pro 15 (Late 2013, Retina) with 16GB RAM and it's just fine. RAM only helps to a point -- rendering is a matter of CPU power.

I would like to think that I am becoming a "good" drone pilot. I think that there a few considerations: 1) How familiar are you with your bird? You should know the controls by heart. Have you actually read the manual? I am amazed at how little some drone owners know about their air craft...

I have tested this with QuickTime and VLC

Both systems are virtual and the video drivers for the respective hypervisors are up to date. VLC and youtube seem to work just fine. Kind-of baffled by this.

So just so that I am being clear about what the ask is here. I fully understand how to use DashWare, how to add the CSV data, etc. This is not in question at all. I am simply trying to determine why DashWare hates all of the video files that I feed it.

I have followed all of the steps in that process. I was basically trying to say that when I try to make a video with logs, it fails and when I try to use to merge it fails which is all to say that it seems to be choking on the video files. It seems to be reading the CSV data just fine.

Win 10 first in both cases. I am new to DashWare. I've stepped through the tutorial but it really seems to hate the video files I feed it.

I second this. iPad 3rd gen is not compatible.

I experienced similar difficulties with Flytrex's shipping "advice" being a bit inaccurate. I can tell you that they will eventually get your order out and that the product is indeed awesome. I think they are genuinely overwhelmed. I ordered mine on Mar 19 and it arrived 3 days ago.
