Just get out there and fly responsibly and the chances of you breaking the caa regulations are pretty slim. Only an irresponble idiot/moron would fly his quad:- - So far away that it is out of sight - Next to people or pets - Along roads/motoways or buildings :)

Good job I stumble into this as I was about to update my firmware to 4.0. The DJI website is still listing 4.0 so looks like the bug hasn't been fixed yet. So, only switching to manual mode will bring back? Anyone tried turning off the transmiter to force the craft to failsafe mode?

First of all, over 7 minutes on the same piece of rock is way too long IMHO. I would cut it down to c 3 mins. There's too much shake in your video. Applying some deshaking in post processing would help. There's noticeable jello. Fitting a ND filter may reduce the jello as the video was shot in...
