  • I don't have the time to p**s about with this, but I also will not assume the position and be shafted by a company either. If an item sold in the EU specifically England is proved defective at the point of purchase or not fit for purpose then it can and should be under the EU consumer law be repaired or replaced within 7 years from the time of purchase.
    This is not the first time DJI has disrespected consumer Law. I have a Phantom 2 Vision plus that I now use as a door stop. Like many other owners of the same machine. After a firmware update. it renders the camera useless and your stuck with it. I sent an email a week ago to the DJI legal department headed EU Consumer Law, asking for a reasonable remedy for the damage caused by the firmware update.
