Are you getting any warnings on the GO app?
There is not very much information on these issues, other than calibrating and firmware updates.
So, pretty much you are stuck replacing parts until its fixed.
Please keep us updated.
Here are some old pictures. You have to take the whole gimbal asmbly off.
BE CAREFUL when removing the circuit board above the yaw motor..... the ribbon is very delicate.
That piece is like a cup with a centering hole and it is sandwiched between the yaw motor and its mounting plate. There should be no reason why it is not level/straight with the rest of the gimbal. Unless its bent or not seated correctly between the yaw motor and mounting plate.
Nice. I have all that already on my list plus more.
I dont think DJI sells any gimbal replacement parts, you have to purchase the whole thing.
But I do know every arm and motor is available aftermarket.
Yes on the NFZ authorization.
I live 1 mile from a small airport. I had issues on my first day tring to fly by my house.
Called the tower, got authorization, DJI app asked for confirmation.... I didnt do it fast enough, alrady had my drone in the air 20 ft, it was overided and force landed...
I have a couple Phantom 4s and get so frustrated going through hoops to get replacement part numbers.

1 GPS Module
2 Propeller Guard
3 Power Port Module
4 Gimbal
5
6
7 Intelligent Battery 5350mAh
8...
It must be bent. That part is between the gimbal motor and mounting plate. There should be no reason for it not to be straight other than being distorted.
