    Mike, I just measured mine and it's exactly 9" to the top of the prop nut. Do you think that would fit? The dimensions say the case is 9.5" but is that outside or inside dimension?

    The DJI props are pre-balanced. With cheaper props you'll likely have to balance them yourself or you might find a lot of jello in your videos.

    I bought a pair of carbon fiber shelves that attach between the legs and the body for dual batteries. I'm using the standard props. It was very sluggish and any imbalance in the the Phantom was amplified. I took them off after that flight.

    I was able to pick one up on meh.com for $300 a few weeks ago. It's the second time I've seen it show up on meh.com in the last two months. They didn't sell out on that day so I expect it will show up again in the future.
