I was referring to tracking the shipment. I guess I'll check dji website tomorrow. I'm sure we had the same issue so I expect I'll hopefully have the same outcome as you. Thanks.

I spoke to techs for days and chatted with them as well. It was mostly irritating when the phone call was dropped but I did all the things they suggested with no luck. I got the same line you got about the "higher ups" calling me. I'm assuming they cant connect our drones to the servers...
