Yeah I do and I've tried formatting two different cards and it still doesn't work

So I got a new phantom 3 standard for Christmas and it fly's perfectly fine and I have a video feed but I cannot record any video or take pictures. the camera controls are grayed out and the camera settings are the same. Any ideas on whats wrong? Sent from my VS987 using PhantomPilots mobile app
