Then your wifi-module in the gimbal-plate is damaged, when relinking is not working.

Did he show you that the video feed connection is working? I mean did he show you the camera feed on the app? If not maybe the seller knew that the gimbal/camera is not working.

Check all the connectionscable on gimbals module. Maybe there is a wire not sitting well.

Did you pressed the button on aircraft while controller is in binding-mode? The button is underneath on aircraft and the led of that button should be red.

When you updated your RC-Firmware, rebind your controller with the aircraft. Look for some tutorials in youtube.

Phantom 3 Standard uses 2312A, other than that will not work. After you soldered the 4-Motors D2312 and tried to start it, the 4 ESC may have suffered from this and became damaged. That tells why the stock motors are not working and you get no flow at all after trying the D2312-Motors. Now maybe...
