This is usually the case.. People don't post that they've updated with no problems. Imho if you take your time and follow the same routine each time and don't cancel out of the update process it goes very smoothly.

The repair would cost more than the cost of the $139 replacement.. remember there's part cost and labor involved. Trust me the refurbished units for the p4p/a are brand new and wouldn't even know the difference from a boxed craft or a replacement .

Something like the p4p would be more than likely be a new craft just not boxed. Even a fully refurbished unit should have new motors and main board.
