I contacted technical support for what my drone was doing one day randomly of which was just taking off. Not staying in the hover.
The tech said I needed to send it in. Eight days later it's a $400 invoice no DjI care and a list of things that would constitute a crashed bird.

So I recently upgraded the firmware and all. Then my compass would never recalibrate...then the IMU gave me fits but finally did...then the gimbal. Still struggling with the compass and the tech support at DJI went straight to send it it.... I have not had any issues until now with the aircraft...
I experienced my first crash after a POI flight. On the screen i exited the flight and took control of the aircraft lowering it and hovering ... I was under a tree..sunny day trying for a better screen view. From here it gets fuzzy what i did to create what happened next.
