(Newbee) I tried both MP3 & MOV formats. I get a perfectly smooth video in my IPad. But the same video on my PC comes as if skipping several frames - as if it was viewed under a strobe light. I appreciate your help.

I did not crash - I was told by DJI to send it in for repairs - that was more than a month ago. They can not provide me with any info re when I'll get it back.

Controller batteries

My controller lights never turn off (while it's connected to the charger), even after charging it for several hours. When I remove the charger the lights do turn off & when I test the batteries, all four lights show that the battery is charged. 1) Is this a defect? 2) If not how do know when...
