Reluctantly, due to complex personal reasons I will have to sell my Phantom 4 Pro setup. It is less than two months old and is as new except for just a tiny little teeny-weeny microscopic chip on the end of one of the motor arms and an even tinier hairline crack on the body (see photos). Both...
Hope you are right Msinger. I read about it here; DJI Stops Production Of Phantom 4, Temporarily Halts Manufacture Of Mavic Pro For 2-3 Weeks Due To Lunar New Year
What's all this I have heard about DJi stopping making Phantom 4's a sfrom this month? I have just ordered a P4P and am now reading that it seems it will be obsolete even before I get. Is this true? And if it is, will support etc be forthcoming from DJi in the form of firmware updates etc...
Yep Matt. I need a good camera and being a noobie maybe a durable and safety-conscious controller. Presume the P4P is even less accident-prone than others with the advanced sensors etc. My mind is made up now thanks all. P4P for me! :-)
Thanks all. Feez; Your comments were exactly how I was thinking. ie I already have two tablets which I never use so have the display already and the advantage as you say of any add-on apps. I was wondering if this method (using a tablet) is totally reliable compared to the Plus integrated display?

Hmmm. Viewing all these 'samples', which most of them are excellent, I am a little concerned about the magenta cast which seems to be evident in nearly all of them, even from different people. I used to have a Sigma camera that was over-sensitive to magenta and I had a hell of a job to...
Goldenzrule. I don't have a drone yet (its being posted) but I use exactly the same method in creating still camera HDR's that you do for anything that is in motion eg; a moving locomotive with just the one shot taken by the camera. Thus I create 'pseudo-HDRs' by saving each RAW single-shot a...
Interesting cases! I don't have my P3P yet but am looking to adapt one of my alum cases to take the P3P with rotors attached as I need to get it going as quickly as possible when out on location. Can anyone give me the approx overall dimensions of the whole basic kit so I can see if any of my...
I'm in England, land of Biggles. I have never owned a drone before but have done lots of Hi-Res photography and recently 4K 'land' video. I have always wanted a drone but costs inhibited it until now where they are more popular I can afford what I think should be a 'decent starter' in a...
