I am new to flying the Phantom and am also very cautious. I have only had the Phantom on one flight where it was out of my sight and out of my control when it was on a trip using ground station and waypoints. I am not ready to do anything like that again. I was on pins and needles for 9-10...

Please post if you have any luck getting that card to work. I am having the same issue with the same card. Switch back to my 4GB card everything is fine! Formatting with the Vision app did not help.

See, another little nugget that I can file away. Not only is the first waypoint important, the last one before heading for home needs to be considered as well. For us newbs, this is good stuff!

Sorry for you loss! I am brand new to this and have only flown by bird twice and have not used waypoints at all yet. Thanks for sharing your experience, it's something I had not thought about to be honest.

Not sure it's available in the US yet, all of the dealer on their site seem to be in the UK. I am using some simple reflective strips I picked up at Lowe's for $3. Some on top and bottom! If I can't find a lost Pantom during the day I'll come back at night with a flashlight and see if i can find...
