Do what Jason says. I have only had a problem with calibration one time. I had to put it onto the computer and do the advanced calibration. That fixed it. Don't calibrate too often. It really isn't needed unless you crash, fly a great distance from where you normally fly, or do an update.
You need to add weight to the gimbal to get it to sit level when it is powered off (balanced). There are a ton of videos on how to do this. Depending on how sensitive your gimbal is to being unbalanced, you may not need to do it.
I have to admit, when I see that it is a 6 minute video, my first reaction is "oh no", but in your case, the video was amazing and I watched every second of it.
