i wish i could go back in time. it worked perfectly until i plugged it in and did the firmware "upgrade". my recommendation to fellow phantom flyers: if it works, don't plug in to computer.

I noticed from your video that your throttle was centered. You may want to lower it to off and see if that has something to do with the constant beeping. Actually this TX is a middle based - that is neutral.

Thanks Todd, so here's where I'm at (see picture) 1- Upgraded Board 2- Zenmuse H3-2d GCUv1 - attached to Power 3- 5 pin threaded through Now I'm confused... What about the big 4 pin? Does it Go somewhere? The DJI video is nothing like where I'm at. Thanks so much for the advice!

Raptor, you made my day! So if I go by the video instruction (which now seems nothing like my config)=(I'm a newbie), I just skip all the PMU related steps? Man, I wish there was better instruction for those who have installed the upgrade board and are now installing the gimbal.

I may try again, but I think I got a "mis-match" error when trying to do that. I have two notices into DJI. Does anyone know how to roll-back the firmware? (not even sure if that's possible)

I downloaded the assistant from the Phantom Downloads page. I'm getting the very same screen and error.

upgraded to 2.16 - trying to update firmware, but the picture say's it all. (no updates available, but the red text in the lower right is telling me to update) Love to hear anyone who solved this. THANKS
